Welcome — I offer individual therapy in-person in Portland and virtually across Oregon, drawing on over 15 years of clinical experience and a background in both social work and mindfulness. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic, IFS, EMDR and DBT approaches, tailored to each client’s needs. I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and postpartum issues, with a commitment to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ communities.
